Does a Fire Extinguisher require service?
YES! If you own a business, you are required to have the correct size, type, and quantity for your business. These fire extinguishers are required to be serviced at a minimum of once every year. The label on every fire extinguisher also states the service and maintenance requirements.
The fire extinguishers you have at your home should also be service at least once a year. You want to ensure that your fire extinguisher would work and will work in a fire emergency.
